FREE Return & Exchange: 7-day no-questions-asked free return & exchange.

Doorstep Pickup: HASSLE FREE doorstep pickup for both return & exchange.

Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags intact.

Refunds: Refunds are initiated within 24 hrs of successful quality check.

 • For prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method. It will reflect in your bank account within 5–7 days (as per bank norms).

 • For COD Orders: Instant refund as PistaGreen Wallet credit with no expiration date & can be used to purchase anything in our store.

 • Shipping fee if charged is non-refundable.

How to Return/ Exchange: Login with email id entered during checkout, go to ‘Orders’ and submit a return/exchange request.

Important Notes

· For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery.

· Exchanges are subject to product availability. If item is out of stock, you can opt for a refund or choose a different item

· Three pickup attempts will be made to collect your return.

For excessive returns, reverse shipment fee upto Rs 200 per item can be charged, which will be deducted from the refund
